Hello and thank you for stopping by my fitness platform. A lot of time and effort has gone into this project so hopefully you find some value here. The purpose of this initial post is to provide a simple outline of what i’m looking to achieve with the blog section of the website.

It is pretty clear to me that the biggest challenge most people face when it comes to their fitness goals, is the ability to balance fitness with their social lives. When working with clients, the area that I have found they typically require the most help with, is their management of social outings. Weekends, festivals, trips to the pub, nights out - these are all examples of super common scenarios people struggle to manage.

Fortunately I do a lot of socialising and so i’ve become very good at incorporating said occasions into my lifestyle without compromising my physical development. I’ll be using this blog to provide detailed insights into recent and upcoming social events in my own life and the decisions I make with regards to my training, nutrition and recovery at these events as well as prior to them and post them.

I’ve got a lot lined up for the rest of 2023 with trips to Barcelona and ADE week in Amsterdam planned, plenty of music events on the horizon and it’s my birthday next month. Stay tuned as i’ll be documenting these experiences and many more, explaining how I enjoy them to the max whilst staying on track with my fitness.
