Ingredients

  • 300g low fat greek style yogurt

  • 30g vanilla casein protein

  • 52g peanut butter powder

  • 30g smooth peanut butter

  • 100g oats

  • 10g walnuts

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

1. In a bowl combine the yogurt, casein, peanut butter, peanut butter powder and stir until smooth.
2. Cover the bowl, place in fridge and leave overnight.
3. In the morning take out the bowl and add the walnuts and syrup on top.
4. Enjoy :)
