Wasabi Mayo Steak Wrap

Ingredients

  • 227g sirloin steak

  • 1tbsp olive oil

  • 7.5g caster sugar

  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil

  • 2 corn tortilla wrap

  • 15g light mayo

  • 15g miso paste

  • 200g sweetheart cabbage (100g is probably fine)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper to taste then place on a pan with the stove set to high heat.

  2. Marinade - Whilst the stesk cooks preparw make the marinade. In a bowl combine the misu paste, sugar, rice wine, olive oil and salt and pepper and stir until smooth.

  3. Cabbage - Next shred the sweetheart cabbage and mix with the chilli flakes, rice wine vinegar and a small drop of toasted sesame oil.

  4. Wasabi Bowl - In a small container mix the wasabi paste with Mayo.

  5. At this point the steak should now be cooked (read steak packet for cooking instructions) now remove the steak, place in the marinade and then cut into thin strips.

  6. Clean out the pan then place each corn tortilla in the pan for 30 seconds so they toast slightly then take out and wrap around a rolling pin.

  7. It’s now time to assemble, spread the wasabi mayo on the wrap, then the pickled cabbage and then top with the steak and marinade. Enjoy :)
