Ingredients

  • 300g low fat greek style yogurt

  • 30g vanilla casein protein

  • 100ml semi-skimmed milk

  • 100g oats

  • 1tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1tsp coffee granules

Instructions

  1. Boil the kettle, once its done pour 150ml of the water into a mug. Add the coffee granules and mix.

  2. In a bowl combine the yogurt, casein, milk, oats, coca powder and coffee. Stir until smooth.

  3. Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge overnight.

  4. In the morning take out the fridge and enjoy :)
